COMMANDS

SIT - sit with implied stay or till released

DOWN - down with implied stay or till released

PLACE - go to an elevated boundary till released (cot, bed, crate, etc.)

HEEL - walk on left side, nose and toes, with auto sit when handler stops

COME - recall to handler

** Depending on program length and training

goals we may also teach:

LET'S GO - a more informal walk, move with me but no pulling

LOOK - create eye contact with handler

OUT - drop an item (toy, bone, etc.)

SWITCH - move to the right side while heeling

& other goal dependent commands

MARKER WORDS

YES/CLICK - release word- you are correct, go to handler for your reward - this builds excitement

GET IT - release word - you are correct, now go get your reward - away from handler (ex. thrown toy or food)

FREE - release word - you are done the behavior - freedom is the reward

GOOD - you are on the right track, keep doing what you are doing and the reward may come to you (room service)

NOPE - you are on the wrong track, try again

ENOUGH - stop whatever you are doing and do anything else

While you tackle your to-do list, your furball learns basic obedience, works through behavioral issues, and learns how to properly socialize. When you reunite in the evening, you'll be amazed at their progress, and our trainer fills you in on the day's highlights. It's like a playdate with purpose, giving your pup skills and smiles. Picture your little furball in a puppy paradise at our Puppy Preschool Board & Train, spanning an adorable 2 to 4 weeks! Monday through Friday, they'll be immersed in a world of puppy joy, learning obedience and social skills with our expert trainers. Fridays are like a puppy party – celebrating their growth, with you getting hands-on tips for continued training at home. Weekends are a happy reunion, filled with cute new tricks and stellar puppy behavior. It's not just school; it's a magical puppy vacation, ensuring they blossom in a loving and nurturing setting.

Introducing our Monthly Brush-Up Training Subscription – a VIP pass to keep your dog's skills polished year-round! After the initial training experience, you can choose a subscription plan. Each month, your furry friend enjoys a refresher stay with one of our accomplished trainers, fine-tuning their obedience and behavior. It's like a spa day for manners! Plus, you receive regular updates to reinforce training at home. A subscription that not only keeps your pup on their A-game but also makes training a seamless part of your routine. Because a well-behaved dog is a subscription worth wagging for!

**Must have completed one of the following: Board & Train, Day Train, or 6 Private Lessons

**Includes: discounted boarding rate ($40), 3 training sessions each day, socials (if appropriate), & treadmill/play time

** Days do not roll over to the next month. If you do not use them, you lose them.
